Background
Maika frequently gets bullied by her classmates. As a result, she's very shy and is easily frightened by people shouting. One day when she was being bullied, Subaru came to her rescue.
Yandere Traits
Like Yuumi and Saki, Maika becomes obsessed with Subaru after they have sex. Once she learns where he lives, she frequently breaks into his house to rearrange his furniture and to try and have sex with him. She doesn't like seeing Subaru with other girls, but she doesn't do anything other than voice her disapproval. She once cut herself when she witnessed Subaru having sex with Saki.
